How do I pay for my bus ticket?
We currently accept MTN Mobile Money (MoMo). Once you select your seat, a payment prompt will automatically be pushed to your phone. Simply enter your PIN to confirm, and your e-ticket will be generated instantly.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not required! You will receive a digital E-Ticket with a unique Reference Code and QR code. Simply show this digital ticket on your phone to the agency staff or driver before boarding.
How late can I book a ticket for tomorrow?
To ensure proper daily manifests for the bus agencies, all bookings for the next day's travel must be completed before midnight (00:00 AM). We highly recommend booking early to secure your preferred departure time.
What if I miss my bus?
Bus schedules operate strictly on time. If you miss your scheduled departure, the standard RURA guidelines and the specific agency's policies apply. Please contact the bus agency directly as soon as possible, or reach out to our WhatsApp support.
What happens if I pay but don't receive my ticket?
In the rare event of a system error where you are charged but do not receive your e-ticket, you are fully covered. We will issue a 100% refund, plus you will receive a free ticket for your next trip with us as an apology!
